Duties

- Greet customers warmly, listen actively to their vehicle concerns, and provide expert guidance on recommended services
- Clearly explain repair estimates, service procedures, and maintenance options to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Provide additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs to maximize dealership revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed records of all financial exchanges




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
- Maintain thorough documentation of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories for seamless communication

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service workplace is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Proven ability to provide services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts, and diagnostic procedures
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey technical information to customers of all backgrounds

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
