Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and giving accurate change.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow and support overall team success.





Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, especially in bartending or serving roles.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly.
- Experience with cashiering, food service operations, and hospitality is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to food safety, responsible alcohol service, and maintaining a clean work environment.
