Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Urdu Speaking Health Care Aide to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide personalized care and support to patients and residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication-related activities diligently
- Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition tailored to individual dietary needs
- Provide compassionate care for individuals with dementia or disabilities, including specialized dementia care techniques
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents or clients
- Assist with transfers and heavy lifting using proper techniques to ensure safety for both patients and caregivers




- Support hospice care by offering emotional comfort and companionship during end-of-life stages
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor patient conditions, report changes promptly, and update care records as needed

Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a health care aide or caregiver in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments
- Solid knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and hygiene support
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring dementia or hospice care is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of caregiving tasks
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others
- Certification as a health care aide or relevant training required by local regulations; prior experience in nursing or caregiving is preferred
