Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure financial data integrity.
- Maintain detailed records of payroll processing, including deductions, benefits, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with budgeting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures,



ensuring all records are complete and compliant with accounting standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper within a public accounting or professional services environment.
- Robust proficiency in accounting software such as QBO, QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial statement preparation is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
