About the role

- Track each clinic’s key numbers (production, collections, scheduling, recall, new patients, case acceptance) and build plans to improve them
- Hire, onboard and train staff; manage schedules, staffing levels and performance reviews
- Create and roll out consistent processes across all locations: front desk, billing, insurance, patient experience
- Oversee budgets, payroll accuracy, supply costs and vendor relationships
- Keep clinics compliant with provincial dental regulatory requirements, infection control, OH&S; and privacy legislation
- Handle escalated patient concerns professionally
- Support new clinic openings and acquisitions
- Visit clinics regularly and be a hands-on, visible leader
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years managing a dental office, ideally with multi-location or DSO experience
- Proven leadership: you build strong teams and resolve conflict calmly
- Solid knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance billing and dental practice software (Open Dental)
- Comfortable with KPIs, reports and budgets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A collaborative team player who leads by example
Nice to have
- Experience opening or integrating new dental clinics
- Background as a dental assistant, hygienist or treatment coordinator
- Post-secondary education in business or healthcare administration
What we offer

- Professional development opportunities
- Career growth within an expanding dental group
- A supportive, team-first culture
