We are a growing disaster restoration company looking for a dependable Labourers to join our emergency response team.

This role is ideal for someone who is physically capable, works well in fast-paced environments, and wants to build a long-term career in the restoration and construction industry.

Our team responds to water, fire, mould, and storm damage. When property owners experience unexpected damage, we are the first on site to stabilize, mitigate, and prepare for repairs.

Responsibilities

- Water extraction and structural drying support
- Selective demolition (drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinetry)
- Load/unload equipment and materials
- Set up containment and drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers)
- Job site protection and daily clean-up
- Debris removal and disposal
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles

Requirements

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable performing physical labour daily




- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Construction or restoration experience considered an asset
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Solid work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Assets (Not Required)

- Restoration or mitigation experience
- Basic construction knowledge
- IICRC certifications
- Experience using power tools
