Duties

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and cleaning protocols
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities and improve the customer experience
Qualifications
- Prior food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong understanding of food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and change calculation
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
