Titan Surveying Inc. is a growing surveying company providing reliable, accurate surveying services to civil construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland. We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team. This is an opportunity to become part of a growing company, work on a variety of construction projects, and take on a key role in delivering quality surveying services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out construction surveying activities on civil construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate is experienced in construction layout, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and construction crews.

You will be responsible for completing field surveying work accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform construction layout and survey work for civil infrastructure and construction projects.
- Complete field surveys, including topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and quantity verification as required.
- Operate robotic total stations, GNSS equipment, data collectors, and other surveying instruments.
- Interpret construction drawings, design plans, and survey control information.




- Establish and maintain survey control and verify existing control as required.
- Perform quality assurance checks to confirm construction work conforms to design requirements.
- Collect, process, and manage field survey data.
- Work directly with site supervisors, project managers, engineers, and construction crews.
- Identify and communicate discrepancies between design drawings and field conditions.
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure field data is accurate and properly documented.
- Follow site safety requirements and company procedures.
- Primarily local work throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Out-of-town work may be available on a voluntary basis.

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience in surveying.
- Strong understanding of construction layout, survey control, and construction drawings.
- Experience operating robotic total stations and GNSS surveying equipment.
- Familiarity with Trimble surveying equipment and Trimble Access is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and ability to travel to construction sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively with others.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
