TVS Cargo, a growing sea and air freight company serving the GTA since 2018, is hiring a part-time associate for our Scarborough head office.

Schedule: Weekends + some weekday hours

Duties:

- Handle incoming customer calls

- Help walk-in customers with rates and shipment questions

- Complete shipping forms accurately

- Enter shipment details on the computer

- Receive customer boxes and check details carefully

- Occasionally move boxes around the office when space gets tight

Requirements:

- Valuable phone manner and customer service skills

- Strong computer skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Comfortable occasionally lifting up to 20-30 kg

- Ability to speak Tamil or Hindi is a strong asset

This is a growing company with room to take on more responsibility over time.

TVS Cargo welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
