We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our tenants. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, building facilities, and other assigned spaces in accordance with company standards.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a solid eye for detail, and understands the importance of providing a well-maintained environment. This role requires someone who is dependable, works well independently, and is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services.

Clean and maintain common areas of apartment buildings, including:

- Lobbies and entrances
- Hallways and stairwells
- Elevators
- Laundry rooms
- Garbage and recycling areas
- Other shared areas

· Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust floor surfaces.

· Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and other fixtures as required.

· Ensure garbage, recycling, and disposal areas are kept clean and orderly.

· Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles, railings,



elevator buttons, and light switches.

· Perform cleaning of vacant apartments between tenants, as required, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, and other areas.

· Follow established cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.

· Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stored safely and appropriately.

Qualifications and Skills

- Residential, apartment, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to details and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working around tenants and maintaining a professional, courteous and respectful manner.

Pay: $21.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
