As a part-time General Labourer, you will provide support across various production areas based on client requirements. These are casual, on-call positions, meaning shift availability and weekly hours will depend on operational needs and are not guaranteed.

Significant: Candidates must have open availability on both Saturdays and Sundays.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities will vary by assignment and may include:

- Perform general labour duties and assist with daily manufacturing operations.
- Support production activities, including assembly, packaging, sorting, product inspection, and material handling.
- Prepare materials, components, and finished products for production or shipment.
- Inspect products and materials for defects, damage, or quality issues.
- Complete repetitive, hands-on tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Follow work instructions, production procedures, and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
- Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Comply with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.




- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to support daily operations.
- Assist with different departments and production areas as needed.
- Adapt to changing assignments, schedules, and production priorities.
- Arrive on time and prepared for all shifts that have been accepted.
- Work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions when required by the assignment.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehousing, packaging, or general labour is considered an asset.
- Students and individuals seeking part-time or casual employment are encouraged to apply.

- Willingness to accept weekend assignments based on client requirements.
- Additional weekday availability is an asset.
- Ability to respond promptly to calls or messages regarding available shifts.
