Position Overview

Big Marble Farms is seeking a reliable and responsible Temporary Employee Shuttle Driver for a three-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting our Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) between their designated accommodations and Big Marble Farms' work locations.

This position is ideal for an individual who is dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable working a split-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely transport employees between designated company housing locations and work sites.
- Ensure employees arrive at work on time and are picked up promptly following their scheduled shifts.
- Follow established transportation routes and schedules.
- Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections before and after each trip.
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Report any vehicle maintenance concerns, safety issues, or incidents to management immediately.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with employees.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation safety requirements.
- Communicate any delays or scheduling concerns to management promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Alberta Class 2 Commercial Driver's License driver's license.
- Clean driving abstract.




- Previous experience transporting passengers is considered an asset.
- Strong commitment to road safety and responsible driving practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.Work Schedule

This position will operate on a split-shift schedule to accommodate employee transportation needs.

Anticipated transportation times:

- Morning: Transportation to work prior to the 6:00 AM shift start.
- Afternoon: Transportation home following the 4:00 PM shift end.

Exact hours and routes will be confirmed based on operational requirements.

Contract Duration

This is a temporary position for approximately three months, with the possibility of extension based on operational needs.
