Duties

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, and frameworks using hand tools and power tools
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and repair tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes to meet project specifications
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like lifting heavy materials or preparing sites for construction
- Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces
- Use welding techniques where necessary to join metal components securely




- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and woodworking principles
- Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively including saws, drills, sanders, etc.
- Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing processes
- Knowledge of siding installation for various materials such as vinyl or wood siding
- Experience with heavy lifting and the operation of heavy equipment safely
- Skilled in the use of hand tools for precise carpentry work
- Understanding of construction safety protocols and building regulations
- Ability to perform welding when required for metal components
- Experience in restoration projects involving structural repairs or surface refinishing

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
