We are searching for a Personal Support Worker who are dedicated to providing the type of care the we would want for our own loved ones and by offering our competitive wages and a phone allowance along with a dedicated support team to back you in the field we have been able to do just that. This position is home to home community visiting covering Tavistock, Stratford and surrounding areas.

Schedule is either full time 8am-4pm OR part time 3pm-9pm. This includes 3 weekdays, must be the same 3 weekdays each week plus alternate weekends both sat and sun. You would choose 1 time frame and all working days will be that same time frame.

As this is community visiting for 45min and 1 hour visits, a G or G2 drivers licence and a reliable vehicle with insurance are required to perform this position

Pay is $23/hr which does include the government wage portion.

Full time staff received a $50 monthly phone allowance and are eligible for perks after 3 months.

Part time staff receive a $25 monthly phone allowance.

Requirements:





Vulnerable Sector Police Check in the last year

PSW or international nursing degree with PSW work experience

CPR certificate

TB test results from within 12 months or chest xray from within 24 months

G or G2 Drivers licence and reliable vehicle with insurance in your name

Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with all aspects of daily living

Food preparation and/or assistance with feeding as required

Light housekeeping such as: dishes, folding laundry etc
