Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, including conducting product demos when applicable
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs while maximizing sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
- Manage stock levels by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
- Handle cashier duties efficiently,



including processing payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or digital methods
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding stock needs and customer requests
- Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Support store organization by performing general cleaning and ensuring a tidy workplace at all times

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with POS systems or cash handling is advantageous
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage stock and maintain an orderly workspace
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour
