Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring each dish is flavorful and visually appealing
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols
- Monitor cooking processes, adjust temperatures, and time dishes to ensure optimal results
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service during busy hours




- Follow all health department regulations and safety procedures diligently
- Support the overall efficiency of the kitchen by restocking supplies and assisting with meal assembly as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
