Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team.
Major Responsibilities:
· Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
· Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods
· Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
· Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
· Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
· Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
- Demonstrable skill at handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management, both internally and externally.
- Working knowledge of PC’s including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Knowledge of plumbing and or electrical products and applications is an asset.
- Exhibits excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize work; be flexible.
- Practice excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
