What We're Looking For:

- Strong people and communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
- Previous sales experience in any industry (automotive preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record




- Qualified appearance and attitude
- Able to work evenings and weekend shifts as scheduled
- Willing to be a good team player

Compensation & Benefits:

- Performance‑based compensation (commission/bonuses) with benefits.
- High lead volume in a busy Maple Ridge area
- Ongoing training, clear growth paths (Senior Sales, Internet Sales, F&I;), and a supportive management team.

Schedule:

- Full‑time, on‑site with a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends. We typically close for stat holidays.
