Job Title: Junior Marketing Coordinator (Data & E-Commerce)

Preston Hardware is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our internal marketing and data team.This is an entry-level role for someone highly organized, confident with Microsoft Excel, and interested in e-commerce, product information, and marketing operations. You will help maintain accurate product data, support online promotions, and assist with day-to-day marketing coordination.

What You’ll Do

- Update and maintain product information, pricing, descriptions, images, and other data in Excel and our e-commerce systems.
- Import, export, review, and organize product data files.
- Help ensure online product listings are accurate, clear, and up to date.
- Assist with setting up promotions, discounts, and sale pricing.
- Support the marketing team with campaign coordination and administrative tasks.
- Take on other marketing and e-commerce support tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and organizing large spreadsheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.





Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with WooCommerce or another e-commerce platform is an asset.
- Experience entering or managing product data is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business or communications
