We are currently looking for a dependable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with maintenance tasks, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across four on-site buildings
- Operate equipment such as Bobcats and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order
- Address maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet operational needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven mechanical skills, especially in minor repairs and basic maintenance




- Experience operating a Bobcat and forklift is required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment or materials as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a strong attention to detail
