Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role involves preparing food, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and supporting the overall food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food handling, and ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Duties

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating
- Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations
- Support food service operations by restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all meals served
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas through regular cleaning routines




- Assist with other hospitality duties as needed to support team members and enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and kitchen sanitation standards
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols
- Basic cooking skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
