We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing advice on services and products, and helping to resolve any customer issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their needs.
- Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and completion times.
- Advise customers on preventative maintenance, services or products that may be needed.
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle services.
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Experience:
- service advisor: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
