AZ Flatbed Driver – Cross-Border, Home Weekends

Location: 38 Garnet Road, Brantford, ON N3T 5M1
Position: Full-Time Company Driver
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Approximately 1–3 nights out per week | Home every weekend
Pay: $.048 per km plus $48 per stop
Bonus: 2,000 CAD paid after 3 months.

Formerly Brant, we're growing and looking for an experienced AZ Flatbed Driver to join our team. This isn't just a driving job it's an opportunity to be a key representative of our company, delivering high-quality industrial rollers while building strong customer relationships throughout Canada and the United States.

You'll operate our company truck, and at every pickup and delivery, you'll represent our organization to our customers. If you take pride in safe driving, properly secured loads, professionalism and excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle on regional and cross-border routes throughout Canada and the United States
- Pick up and deliver industrial rollers while ensuring proper handling and protection of freight
- Secure and protect flatbed loads to ensure products arrive safely and damage-free
- Assist with loading and unloading, including forklift operation when required, and verify shipments against accompanying documentation
- Act as a professional, customer-facing representative at pickup and delivery locations
- Build strong customer relationships and communicate customer feedback and potential opportunities to internal teams
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with dispatch and plant operations




- Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections, ELD logs, border documentation and other transportation records
- Comply with applicable hours-of-service, load securement, safety and transportation requirements in Canada and the United States
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

What We're Looking For

- Valid Ontario Class AZ driver's licence
- 1+ years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred
- Previous flatbed and load securement experience required
- Satisfactory driver's abstract
- Valid passport or other required travel documentation and ability to legally enter the United States
- Ability to meet applicable U.S. DOT requirements for cross-border driving, including pre-employment drug testing where required
- Strong navigation and route-planning skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to learn
- Dependable, safety-focused and professional mindset
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including securing loads, climbing on and off equipment and working outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Regional and cross-border routes throughout Canada and the United States
- Approximately 1–3 overnights per week

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
