Duties

- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, cold calls.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects and follow-ups diligently
- Negotiate deals effectively to meet customer needs while achieving company sales targets
- Support B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies by establishing strong partnerships with corporate clients
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, ensuring professional and positive interactions
- Collaborate with Management
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions




- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales activities efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end or B2B sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey product benefits and value propositions
- Ability to build and sustain a healthy sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationship management
- Experience in sales management or supporting sales teams is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing principles and how they apply to driving sales growth
- Strong math skills for pricing, discounts, and financial calculations
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Phone etiquette that fosters trust and professionalism during remote interactions
