Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team! In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between our patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth communication, appointment scheduling, and treatment planning. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. You will coordinate treatment plans, explain procedures clearly, and manage all administrative aspects related to patient care, making every visit a positive experience. - Current CDHO or NDAEB Level 2 certification mandatory, to take impressions and scans
- HARP certification mandatory, to take radiographs

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and financial arrangements with clarity and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software, ensuring optimal patient flow
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial policies in a friendly, transparent manner to foster trust and understanding




- Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Coordinate with the dental team to confirm patient appointments and follow-up care, maintaining seamless communication
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls appropriately while maintaining a professional demeanor

Experience

- Previous experience working in a dental office workplace is highly preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology relevant to dentistry
- Proven experience in front desk duties
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
