Duties

- Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all workstations and tools to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client results and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries professionally.




- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
- Extensive hair styling expertise with proficiency in cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic salon environment at all times.

- Proven ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions.
- Experience with retail sales processes and front desk operations in a salon setting.
