Duties
- Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers, ensuring timely and organized workflow
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide clear explanations of services offered
- Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs using hand tools and power tools
- Conduct basic automotive repairs and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs
- Assist customers in selecting the right tires and automotive products to meet their needs
- Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle heavy lifting of tires and equipment safely to maintain a productive work environment
Experience
- Previous dealership or automotive service experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures essential for success in this role
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment used in automotive repair
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Sales experience helpful for recommending products and services that benefit customers’ vehicles
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
