In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will ensure every guest experiences a pristine and inviting atmosphere, making their stay memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to provide a complete guest experience.
- Maintain public spaces by vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring common areas are tidy and welcoming.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment to ensure a protected environment for yourself and guests.




- Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy at all times.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to support overall property maintenance.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles is a plus.
