We’re looking for a motivated individual who excels in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. This opportunity is ideal for someone with lumber and building materials (LBM), contractor sales, installed sales, renovation, or project-based sales experience who enjoys helping customers bring their projects to life.

About the Role

Our Retail Sales Associate provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers by identifying their project needs, recommending appropriate products and solutions, and supporting them throughout their purchasing journey.

This role combines strong customer service with sales and product expertise, including assisting customers with building materials, renovation projects, special orders, and installation-related inquiries. Responsibilities also include merchandising, replenishment, cycle counting, maintaining accurate inventory, general housekeeping, loss prevention, and staying current with industry products, trends, and customer needs.

What We Need from You

- Strong Customer Service and Sales Experience
- Lumber & Building Materials (LBM), Contractor Sales, Installed Sales, Renovation, or Construction Industry Experience is a Strong Asset
- Ability to Build Relationships and Identify Customer Project Needs
- Ability to Lift 50 Pounds
- Ability to Be on Your Feet Throughout the Day (Standing/Walking)
- POS System Experience is an Asset
- Retail Background is an Asset
- Ability to Work Holidays and Weekends
- Above-and-Beyond Customer Service Attitude
- Responsible and Dependable
- Excellent Communication and Follow-Up Skills
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Willingness to Continuously Learn Product Knowledge and Industry Trends
