We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Massage Therapy Demonstrator to join our dedicated faculty. The successful candidate will play a role in delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our Massage Therapy program. This role requires commitment to student success, academic excellence and industry-relevant teaching practices. It's a chance to inspire confidence and foster hands-on learning while setting our students up for a rewarding career.
Duties
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in accordance with the Massage Therapy program curriculum
- Support and guide students in practical learning
- Provide hands on supervision in the lab/clinic setting
- Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive learning workplace
Qualifications
- Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists in NL
- Must be a member of the CMTNL and the NLMTA
- Three years combined education and work experience in the Massage Therapy field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for adult education and student mentorship
