We are looking for an existing Slovakian Speaking Customer Support Specialist - AI Trainer to help train AI models. You will test how well these models understand and write in Slovak, check their reasoning, and help raise the quality of each new version.

We're currently expanding into an exciting recent area: teaching AI to communicate naturally in Slovak, with the grammar, tone, and cultural knowledge of a native speaker.

In this role, you may:

- Write prompts in Slovak on a wide range of everyday and specialized topics.
- Review AI responses for grammar, fluency, and natural phrasing.
- Check whether answers reflect local culture, customs, and current context accurately.
- Compare model responses side by side and choose the stronger one.
- Translate between Slovak and English while preserving meaning and tone.

Responsibilities:

- Fact-check AI responses and flag anything inaccurate or misleading.
- Share structured feedback that makes each version more reliable.

Qualifications:

- Native or near-native fluency in Slovak.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong writing skills in both languages.
- A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is preferred but not required.
