Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. High rise Apartment and Condominums.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot boilers, air makeup systems any highr rise related equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.




- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician minum 5 years of service.
- Valid HVAC certification and licenses. G1 and 313A is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
