- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines

Qualifications

- Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or B2B sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing techniques, telemarketing, and customer service principles
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Technical understanding of the products or services being sold is preferred but not mandatory
