Position Title: Regional Director - Sponsorship & Media Sales
Position Status: Full Time

Job Summary:

In this role, the Regional Director oversees a designated territory, strengthens relationships with existing clients, as well as securing recent sponsors. Your effort helps us with our main goal of generating much needed revenue for our sport club partners!

This is an opportunity to work from your home office.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Acquire new sponsors
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing sponsors
- Build a consistent grassroots presence in the community through daily meetings with local businesses
- Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned region
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling proposals for local, regional, and national sponsors
- Develop a thorough understanding of the target audiences, prospective sponsors,



and key trends relevant to our partner sport associations
- Prepare sponsor agreements in accordance with company policy

Knowledge and Skills

- At least five years of local or regional sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce reporting tools
- Experience with and knowledge of minor sports is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence

- Passionate about community-based sales and committed to building strong, lasting client relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional, diplomatic, tactful, resourceful, and dependable
- Adaptable and flexible, with availability to work non-traditional hours both in and outside the office

Total Compensation: $50 - $55k base plus commission (Total Package $70k+) per year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
