We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our guests. Duties

- Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative work setting.
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless food service experiences for guests.
- Develop new menu items, recipes, and specials that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.




- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure all food industry regulations are adhered to, including health codes and safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
- Extensive food preparation and cooking experience across various cuisines.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
- Previous restaurant management or kitchen leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and customer interaction.
- Experience with bartending or serving is a plus, demonstrating versatility within the food service industry.
