Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other power tools with precision and consistency
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling chemicals, paints,



and equipment to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with the necessary teams to meet project specifications and deadlines
- Conduct inspections of finished surfaces for quality control, ensuring smooth finishes free of defects or imperfections

Requirements

- Proven experience in painting within a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to address surface imperfections or coating issue

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
