Mazda of Toronto is Ontario's #1 Volume Mazda Dealer for over 16 years, and we are looking for a HIGH-PERFORMING AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER who knows how to LEAD, SELL, CLOSE DEALS, AND DELIVER RESULTS!

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

- CLOSE DEALS! Be actively involved on the showroom floor and help your team turn opportunities into deliveries.
- DRIVE SALES! Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- LEAD FROM THE FRONT! Motivate, coach, and push your sales team to perform at their highest level.
- NO EXCUSES! Identify problems, find solutions, and take responsibility for results.
- MAXIMIZE EVERY OPPORTUNITY! Ensure every customer, appointment, phone call, and internet lead is handled professionally.
- BUILD A WINNING TEAM! Develop strong salespeople, improve closing ratios, and create accountability.
- CONTROL THE SHOWROOM! Manage daily sales activity, negotiations, customer experience, and deal flow.
- FOLLOW UP AND FOLLOW THROUGH! Make sure no sales opportunity is ignored or forgotten.
- DELIVER RESULTS! Consistently exceed targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven automotive sales management experience, preferably 3+ years.




- A strong closer with excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience in a high-volume automotive dealership.
- A competitive mindset and a passion for winning.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold people accountable.
- Excellent understanding of dealership operations, CRM systems, and sales processes.
- Someone who is hands-on, energetic, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and OMVIC registration or eligibility.

We are looking for a DEAL MAKER, not a deal watcher.
