We’re looking for hardworking, dependable (Rubber Tire-Finish Roller - Breakdown Combo) to join our road construction crews for a 30–60-day, full-time end-of-season opportunity across Edmonton and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Doing





- Support paving crews with equipment operation and general labour duties
- Operate equipment such as wobbly rollers, packers, and finish rollers
- Perform physically demanding manual labour using hand tools and equipment
- Complete daily equipment safety and maintenance checks
- Follow safety procedures and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Assist with various paving and road construction activities as required

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
- Valid Safety Tickets: CSTS 2020 - Ground Disturbance - Confined Space - Fall Protection.External Flagger Training - First Aid - TDG and Rigging is an assets
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and occasional travel outside
- Previous experience operating construction equipment such as Wobblies, packers, or finish rollers is an asset
- Previous labour experience with paving or road construction crews is an asset
- Understanding of safe equipment operation and road construction practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing demanding work for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new equipment and develop additional skills
- Valid safety certifications are an asset
