Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty Lebanese drinks with precision and flair
- Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions, and providing friendly service to ensure a memorable experience
- Handle cash register operations using POS systems such as Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and managing cash handling procedures
- Support food preparation and food handling tasks, including assembling sandwiches, snacks, or light meals as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operation flow




- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and general cleaning duties to uphold high standards of hygiene and efficiency

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient cashiering and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Experience in serving food and beverages in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable
