Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Sales Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment in Niagara Falls, Ontario. As a Junior Sales Administrator, you will support senior sales team members with data entry, order tracking, follow-ups, documentation, and internal communication. Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to senior sales team members.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information in internal systems.
- Track outstanding orders, requests, and follow-up items to support timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments to help move orders and workflows forward.
- Forward orders and relevant details to the procurement team for next steps.
- Organize sales-related documentation and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Job Details-

- Pay: $19.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Location: Niagara Falls, Ontario.
