Teamwork, Safety, and Shop Standards

- Collaborate with project team to complete work safely and efficiently.

- Raise questions promptly and collaborate to resolve issues when drawings, materials, or field conditions do not match the planned work.
- Use tools, lifting equipment, and shop machinery safely and follow established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and protect materials from contamination and damage.
- Support installation, modification, or commissioning work at client sites when required.

What You Bring

- A safety-first approach.
- A quality-focused approach.

- Stay productive under schedule pressure without compromising safety or quality.
- Speak up early when you see a problem and help find a practical solution.
- Respect your teammates, the equipment, and the standards required by our clients.

What We Offer

- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Interesting custom work rather than repetitive production welding.
- The prospect to contribute to the design of the equipment you will build.
- Advancement based on contribution and capability, not tenure.
- Employer-paid health and dental benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off and on-site parking.
