We are currently hiring experienced Order Pickers for full-time night-shift positions in Scarborough. This opportunity is well suited for candidates with previous order-picking experience, strong material-handling equipment skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Pay & Compensation

- Guaranteed minimum of $25.00/hour for your first 8 weeks
- After 8 weeks, $21.00/hour base rate with the opportunity to earn more through a $0.40 per-piece performance rate (uncapped earning potential)
- Earnings are calculated on a biweekly basis
- For each pay period, you will receive whichever amount is higher:
- your applicable hourly earnings; or
- your piece-rate earnings

High-performing Order Pickers can earn above the base hourly rate based on productivity.

Available Night Shifts

Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules:

- 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Responsibilities

- Accurately pick and prepare warehouse and customer orders
- Operate electric pallet-moving equipment, including Walkie Riders
- Use RF scanners, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse inventory systems
- Follow electronic picking instructions and established warehouse processes
- Meet required productivity, accuracy, and quality standards




- Safely transport products throughout the warehouse
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and equipment-operating requirements
- Maintain consistent performance in a high-volume, fast-paced overnight environment

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Order Picker, Picker, or in a similar warehouse role
- Minimum 3 months of hands-on electric pallet jack experience
- Previous experience operating a Walkie Rider, preferably Raymond or similar equipment
- Experience working in a high-volume warehouse, distribution centre, fulfillment centre, logistics, e-commerce, or similar environment
- Strong experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, and handheld warehouse devices
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and digital warehouse systems
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable working toward measurable productivity and performance targets
- Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently work overnight shifts
- Able to learn new warehouse systems, equipment, and processes quickly

Electric pallet jack / Walkie Rider experience are mandatory for this position. Applicants without the required hands-on equipment experience will not be considered at this time.
