Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do

No two days will be exactly the same! Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with the Owner on business initiatives, daily priorities, and special projects.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer communications.
- Support sales efforts through customer follow-ups, outreach, and relationship management.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, supplier communications, and order processing.
- Provide professional and responsive customer service.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.
- Organize project details, maintain records, and track outstanding tasks and follow-ups.
- Identify challenges and contribute ideas to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Assist with administrative and operational activities across different departments.
- Take on new projects and responsibilities as your knowledge, confidence, and experience grow.

- Is a recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Learns quickly and adapts well to new responsibilities and challenges.
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently.
- Has strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel, working with spreadsheets, and handling numerical information.
- Enjoys interacting with customers and building professional relationships.
- Takes initiative, works independently when needed, and follows through on commitments.
- Demonstrates curiosity, asks thoughtful questions, and actively looks for opportunities to learn.
- Brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
