Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance their dining experience
- Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are followed
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash or card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations
- Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to boost sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order completion
- Follow all food safety procedures, including proper food handling, storage,



and sanitation practices

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid understanding of the food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for quick and accurate transaction processing
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating orders accurately
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and secure food handling practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of sanitation standards and food safety regulations
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
