Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, along with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating needs to management.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Skills





- Proven experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Robust time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 15.0 per week
