About Squeaky North

Squeaky North is a recent Toronto cleaning company with a simple promise to our clients: a clean you can come home to. We clean homes, condos and small offices across the city, and we want a team that takes pride in doing the job properly. We're growing, so the people who join early will have room to grow with us.

What you'll do

- Clean homes, condos and small offices to a clear checklist: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and surfaces
- Handle regular cleans, deep cleans, and move-in or move-out cleans
- Work alone or with a teammate, depending on the job
- Treat clients' homes and belongings with care and respect
- Let us know about anything that's damaged, unsafe, or needs extra time
- Use our booking app or text updates to check in and confirm jobs are done

What we're looking for

- Cleaning experience is required (homes, hotels, offices or similar)
- Reliable and on time, with a good eye for detail
- Able to stand, bend, kneel and lift up to 35 lbs for most of a shift
- Comfortable communicating with clients and our team in English
- Able to get around the GTA by transit or car (a vehicle is an asset, not a requirement)
- Willing to complete a police check before your first shift

What you get

- $19.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
- Part-time or full-time hours
- Cleaning products and equipment provided
- Vacation pay and paid public holidays
- Training and a clear checklist for every type of clean
- Steady, scheduled work as we grow, with a path to lead cleaner roles

This is a new position with 3 current openings. We are hiring 3 cleaners now.
