Job Overview
We are seeking aa motivated applicant to work in our bread/pastry kitchen. Join our tight-knit crew in creating beautiful , delicious French breads, pastries and desserts to be sold in our well known bakery and restaurants throughout the Toronto area.

The applicant should have some knowledge of French breads & pastries, as well as experience mixing and baking sourdough breads, croissants, custards, pastry creams to a consistently high standard is desirable.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Follow instructions and pay attention to detail




- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in the baking process.
- Understanding of food safety practices within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
