Join our dynamic automotive team as a Parts and Service Advisor, where you will be the vital link between customers and our service department. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle needs for repairs or maintenance
- Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and accessories, providing detailed product information
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Upsell additional services or parts based on customer needs and vehicle condition to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, parts orders, and service requests




- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or retail background with a strong understanding of vehicle parts and services
- Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical details to customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Solid sales ability with a focus on upselling complementary products and services
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes to assist in accurate parts identification and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and transaction processing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
