Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help fill vacancies quickly while providing exceptional service that fosters positive relationships. Duties

- Greet prospective tenants warmly and answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and advantages to attract qualified applicants
- Manage leasing applications, verify applicant information, and process approvals efficiently using Yardi property management software
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates to secure agreements that meet both company goals and tenant needs
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including data entry, filing, and updating tenant files in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate move-in procedures, ensuring all documentation is complete and tenants are welcomed smoothly




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant questions or concerns promptly and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication

Skills

- Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong office experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data management, and document processing
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles with a focus on negotiation and relationship building
- Knowledge of property management practices and leasing procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage prospects confidently
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus for coordinating property maintenance requests

Pay: $35,200.00-$112,700.00 per year
