Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and ensure all menu items meet quality standards.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders and payments accurately.
- Handle cashiering duties such as cash handling, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations.
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling products when appropriate.




- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and order accuracy.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.

Skills

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and kitchen operations.
